Chief Executive Officer
Dan is a true adventurer at heart, leading Travvia with the belief that vehicle rentals are more than just a way to get from point A to point B—they’re a gateway to unforgettable journeys. With a passion for making travel seamless and exciting, he has reimagined the vehicle rental industry as a gateway to adventure. Whether it’s exploring the stunning fjords of New Zealand or cruising along Australia’s sun-soaked coastlines, Dan believes the best way to experience these landscapes is from the comfort of a home on wheels. Having personally driven scenic highways and camped under the stars, Dan understands what makes a journey truly special. His passion for creating unforgettable experiences inspires the Travvia team to help travellers turn their road trip dreams into reality. When not leading the team, you’ll find Dan on his own adventures, always chasing the next great journey.

Brendan McKenna
Chief Operations Officer
Brendan joined Travvia in 2018 and has been the driving force behind making sure everything runs smoothly—from the vehicles to the branches. Though he initially studied accountancy, Brendan soon realised his passion was in tourism, launching a 28-year career across hotels, resorts, casinos, and tour businesses. With a master’s degree from Griffith University, he’s a firm believer in Kaizen, constantly seeking ways to improve. Brendan’s passion for exploring Australia and New Zealand’s exceptional landscapes drives him to share those experiences with the world.

Norbert Borjarski
Chief Financial Officer
Norbert joined Travvia in April 2024 as the Group's head of financial matters, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple industries. With a strong background in finance, technology, and governance, he has held key roles such as CFO of Fliway Group and Executive General Manager of Investments & Ventures at NZ Post, particularly in the Transport & Logistics sector. His career also spans telecommunications and financial services. Born in Poland, Norbert has spent most of his life in New Zealand or exploring the world through travel. Outside of work, he is passionate about music and enjoys outdoor adventures, always seeking new ways to stay active and connect with nature. Norbert’s diverse expertise and love for exploration align perfectly with Travvia's mission to inspire discovery and adventure.

Adam Geneave
Chief Customer & Sales Officer
Adam is our commercial lead, dedicated to ensuring that all our business stakeholders have an exceptional experience with Travvia. He oversees sales and distribution, revenue management, fleet scheduling, customer experience, the contact centre, partnerships, product development, branding, marketing, and PR. Before joining Travvia, Adam spent over 20 years in senior roles within the airline and hotel industries. A passionate traveller and foodie, he also holds an EMBA and is a Fellow of the Customer Service Institute of Australia.

Coren Aranda
Head of People & Culture
Coren is an adventurer at heart, with over 15 years of experience navigating the evolving world of People & Culture leadership. She has led teams globally, with a unique talent for aligning people strategies with organizational goals and fostering cultures where individuals can truly thrive. As Head of People & Culture, with a dual focus on Health & Safety, Coren ensures our workplace is not just a destination but a journey—where engagement, well-being, and performance flourish together. Known for driving engagement and creating an inclusive, adventurous culture, she is passionate about empowering teams to reach new heights. A travel enthusiast, one of Coren’s favourite experiences was a six-day trek through the Amazon jungle (Peruvian side). Before joining Travvia, Coren worked with AWS (Amazon Web Services) across APJC and held roles in Retail, Government, and Private Equity sectors in the Middle East.

Nathan Reynolds
Head of Assets
As the Head of Assets at Travvia, Nathan leads a dynamic portfolio of responsibilities, including fleet optimization, risk management, business strategy, and financial modelling. His role is centred on crafting and executing the strategic business plan for the lifecycle management of Travvia's assets. In addition, I oversee group procurement strategies, vendor performance, and negotiations, while also shaping a comprehensive asset disposal and maintenance strategy. His focus is on streamlining operations and creating robust processes and policies within the assets domain to drive sustainable growth and success.
